JOB ADVERTISEMENT FOR SET DESIGNING. MILAN SELECTS ARTISTIC PLANS FOR THE REALIZATION FO THE 2008 CHRISTMAS LIGHTING.
Is on the 20th july that the municipality of Milan opened the job advertisement for the “selection of artistic plans for the realization of the 2008 Christmas lighting project for the city of Milan”.
This is an initiative of the furnishings, urban decorum and Green’s department of the municipality, in particular is an idea of the councilor Maurizio Cadeo, that wants to put forward again, after the pilot project of the last year, this initiative, but giving this time some guidelines and some iconographic stimulus for the realization of the project.
The selection concerns the lighting set of monuments, parks, fountains, town squares, skyscrapers’ enlightenment, churches.
Everything has to be inspired to the Milanese Liberty Architecture of the ‘900. The selected projects could receive a contribution from the Municipal Administration and from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.
