Torino, 6 progetti su una centralità urbana
The exhibition of the six projects admitted to the selection for the new Torinese venue of Sanpaolo bank will close on 13rd January 2008.
The projects have been drawn up by the most important international Architecture Professionals: together with the winning project by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, there are those realized by Hara from Tokyo, Carlos Lamela from Madrid, Daniel Libeskind from New York, Mvrdv from Rotterdam and Dominique Perrault from Paris.
In the exhibition multimedia installations and a great plastic model present “Spina 2”, the new urban context where the skyscraper should be located.
The exhibition is cured by Michela Comba and Manfredo di Robilant of the Faculty of Architecture of Polytechnics and realized by Intesa Sanpaolo in collaboration with Foundation Torino Musei and Torino City.
