PAOLO BALDESSARI

Paolo Baldessari founds in 1983 the studio of architecture and design Baldessari e Baldessari together with Giulio and Michela.

He is particularly active in the fields of architecture, industrial and visual design and interior architecture; he works with different working groups inside the studio and with a wide network of exterior consultants.

He cures the fittings for exhibitions in Italy and abroad. He follows many research activities and participates in competitions and exhibitions. Different designs are being planned, for both public and private clients: residences, office districts and industries; rearrangements, interior design, cooperating also with designer companies.

Studio Baldessari e Baldessari has obtained awards and merit mentions in 1984 at the competition "Una sedia italiana per gli Usa", in 1991 at “Premio Alcan per l'uso dell'alluminio nell' ambiente costruito” and at the Trau international competition for designing a workstation.

In 2007 the studio won the first prize at the competition for new experimentations of exterior furniture, Sun Rimini 2007.

Member of the Order of Architects of Trento district Foundation member of IDEA – Italian Association of Exhibition Designers.
