FRANCO ORIGONI

Franco Origoni was born in Milan in 1945 where he still lives.

He graduated in Architecture and started his activity working for the Piccolo Teatro of Milan; he teaches Graphics at Umanitaria of Milan; he is member of the board of Centre of Graphic Studies and he is also professor at Polytechnics of Milan at the Design Faculty.

He cured several historic exhibitions and monographs of architects and designers planning the matching image and the fitting. He planned exhibitions in Italy and abroad, among which we remember Alfa Romeo, Pininfarina (approx. twenty), Compasso d’Oro (approx. sixty).

From twenty years he cooperates with Renzo Piano Building Workshop for what concerns exhibitions and catalogues.
